As a sister organization with the Ear Institute of Texas, our mission is to connect our patients with the full range of hearing services in the San Antonio community, not only dispensing hearing aids but also offering consultation, training, and ongoing support for each patient who comes through our doors. Our goal is to treat every patient as we would a family member – with experience, understanding, and compassion.

Our Team


Lance E. Jackson

M.D., F.A.C.S., Otology/Neurotology—Adult & Pediatric

Dr. Jackson is board-certified in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, and has a sub-specialty board certification in Neurotology. After growing up in San Antonio, Dr. Jackson attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he received a degree in electrical/bioelectrical engineering. While there, he performed extensive research in biomedical signal processing, modeling of bioelectric systems, and computer technology, which he applies to continued research in the field of Otology/Neurotology (the study and treatment of the ear and skull base).

Dr. Jackson was granted a full tuition scholarship to attend medical school at Washington University in St. Louis (a top ranked medical school). While there, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, an honor bestowed to those in the top of their medical school class. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Stanford University, where he and his family enjoyed experiencing the San Francisco Bay Area. He completed a postgraduate fellowship in Otology and Neurotology at the Ear Research Foundation in Florida.

After completing his fellowship and before moving to San Antonio, Dr. Jackson remained at the Ear Research Foundation as Director of Medical Education, enjoying the opportunity to teach physicians in training and perform research.

Dr. Jackson has published many medical journal articles, written text book chapters, and presented at many national meetings. He regularly teaches at an internationally advertised course for Otology/Neurotology in order to train other doctors in his specialty from around the world. His research awards include the John R. Smith Memorial Fund Award. He has published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine.

Tarun Singh Wadhwa

Au.D., FAAA

Dr. Tarun Singh is a certified Doctor of Audiology from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. He is also an esteemed member of American Academy of Audiology considered among one of the most prestigious Audiology organizations.

Dr. Singh was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He began practicing Audiology after receiving his Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from New Delhi in 2008. He received his Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from Northern Illinois University, Chicago (2013). During his doctorate studies, he was the recipient of Golden Key International Honor Society Award, Graduate Assistantship and Tuition Scholarship for his academic excellence.

While in India, Dr. Singh was working as a Head of Department, Audiology at a clinical facility.

Dr. Singh started working with Ear Institute of Texas in 2013 and is proficient in the evaluation and management of hearing impairment, dizziness/imbalance, as well as tinnitus disorder (ringing in the ears). He specializes in Hearing Aid fitting for adults and children. Dr. Singh is confident in his abilities to improve the quality of life for people suffering from hearing or balance impairments by providing the highest quality patient care. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and traveling with his Wife and Daughter.

Susan Webb

Au.D.

Dr. Susan Webb holds a Doctorate of Audiology and is licensed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.  Additionally, she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr.  Webb graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin (1991 and 1994). She obtained a graduate specialization in Aural Habilitation from UT focusing on her interest in the habilitation of children with hearing loss.  After working in the field in various settings for 20 years, she returned to academia to obtain her Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 2004.

Dr. Webb enjoys working with all ages, young to old, to diagnose and improve the lives of those with hearing loss. In her free time, she loves watching sports and enjoys the local live music scene.

Brady Dylla

Au.D.

Dr. Brady Dylla is a clinical audiologist and Texas native born and raised in Wichita Falls. He attended the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock for his bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences before continuing his education at the University of North Texas in Denton with a clinical doctorate in Audiology. Dr. Dylla is passionate about providing quality diagnostic care to his patients as well as improving their lives through better hearing with hearing aids.

Outside of the office Dr. Dylla enjoys his free time with family and friends, collecting vinyl records, and cheering for his Texas Tech Red Raiders come football and basketball season.

Kendra Lomelli

Certified Hearing Aid Specialist

Born and raised in El Paso Texas, Kendra moved to San Antonio 2018 to work for EIT. She has held a License for Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation since 2005 and she is a tri-lingual specialist. Kendra is certified in ASL and Deaf Studies as well in Spanish. Studied Graphic Designs and Animation In Tampa Florida and worked for Disney World during that time. Have worked in Memory care with patient’s that suffer Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other brain disorders. I, myself am a hearing aid wearer since the age of 18 and have a great understanding and sympathy towards my HOH patients, and their day-to-day struggle to hear conversations.  Avid Advocate for the Deaf and HOH.

In my downtime I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful boys and going out of road trips. Active Ballroom dancer and competitor, I also enjoy playing golf, hiking, and caving when possible.


Monica Coll

LMRT

Michelle Coll, MS, CCC/A is a clinical audiologist and is licensed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.  She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock for her bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education before continuing her education at the University of Texas at Dallas with a master’s degree in communication Disorders and Audiology.

Michelle has been an audiologist in San Antonio for over 20 years and has been with Ear Institute of Texas since 2021.
